What is OWWA eCard?

The OWWA eCard is a government-issued identification card exclusively for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). It serves as official proof of OWWA membership and provides convenient access to government programs and services.

How to apply for eCard?

You may apply and claim your OWWA eCard at the Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Riyadh on the following date, September 19, 20, 26, 27, 2025.

It is also available at the OFW Lounge in NAIA Terminals 1, 2, and 3 in the Philippines.

Who is eligible for eCard?

All OFWs with active OWWA membership are eligible to apply for and receive the eCard.

Where can I use the eCard?

The OWWA eCard can be used as:

A valid government-issued ID for transactions in the Philippines.

An access card to OWWA programs and services.
